Boy, it sure has been a crazy couple of weeks around here! One daughter broke a wrist (victim of the hoverboard), the other is overwhelmed with school (5th grade is hard ;) ), I sliced my finger pretty good (new knives are really sharp), and we've had a more-than-usual amount of appointments and errands and school/homework stress (sigh). Oh, and that list of things to do? I think it's longer now at the end of the week than it was at the beginning...
Are you coming to the end of this week feeling a bit worn and weary? Me too, friend.
But here’s the truth I’m reminding myself of today: “My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; He is mine forever.” Psalm 73:26 NLT
No matter how crazy your week was, no matter what you may be facing, no matter how weary or worn down or worn out you may be…rest in Jesus today.
Take a moment right now and just breathe…
Take a breath and remind your soul: He is the strength of your heart and the hope of your soul, He will never leave you or forsake you, He is working and moving in ways you may not be able to see…just trust Him…He is there, right there with you…He is yours, forever.
Want to share this encouragement with someone today? Or hang it on your wall where you will see it and be reminded of this truth every day? Here’s a free little printable of this verse that you can print and share:
Have a beautiful weekend, friends!
